BBQ CATERING
Here at Valerie’s we offer the choice of two types of BBQ experiences. The first, we bring our equipment/food, serving staff and food trailer to your home or event venue and cook your chosen menu on site. Alternatively, we can cook your food using our equipment at our preparation area and then deliver to your venue for you and your guests to enjoy.
We prepare and cook all of our meats ourselves, using our homemade seasoning and marinades 24 hours prior to serving. All the meat is bought fresh from Smithfield Market in London and is cooked using an authentic jerk pan ensuring that smokey BBQ flavour.

These prices are based on a party size of 25-100 guests. We can customise any menu option for your specific needs and ask that you inform us at the time of booking if you have any known allergies or dietary requirements. All options come with Chef, server and BBQ hire and optional extra plus £400 for BBQ onsite and mobile unit
